Key Responsibilities
Maintain PAM governance standards and policies
Execute privileged access compliance activities
Manage exceptions and compensating controls
Produce metrics, dashboards, and reporting
Support PAM onboarding governance
Prepare audit evidence and support compliance
Engage stakeholders, communicate governance requirements and work with teams to maintain compliance
Drive & lead Remediation efforts and compliance
Required Skills
Knowledge of PAM, IAM, and security controls
Experience with access reviews, governance processes and audit
Analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Desired Skills
Experience in working with data analysis and account research
Experience in change control
Experience in driving remediation activities
Experience in leading IAM initiatives
Tools & Technologies
CyberArk, ServiceNow, Power BI, Microsoft Sentinel
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
Preferred: Security+, CISSP, SC-300
