Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain PAM governance standards and policies 

  • Execute privileged access compliance activities 

  • Manage exceptions and compensating controls 

  • Produce metrics, dashboards, and reporting 

  • Support PAM onboarding governance 

  • Prepare audit evidence and support compliance 

  • Engage stakeholders, communicate governance requirements and work with teams to maintain compliance 

  • Drive & lead Remediation efforts and compliance 

Required Skills 

  • Knowledge of PAM, IAM, and security controls 

  • Experience with access reviews, governance processes and audit 

  • Analytical and reporting skills 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management 

Desired Skills 

  • Experience in working with data analysis and account research 

  • Experience in change control  

  • Experience in driving remediation activities  

  • Experience in leading IAM initiatives 

Tools & Technologies 

CyberArk, ServiceNow, Power BI, Microsoft Sentinel 

Education & Certifications 

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience 

Preferred: Security+, CISSP, SC-300
