SR. INTERIOR DESIGNER

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development:-

Lead end‑to‑end interior design for corporate office spaces, including IT offices, coworking spaces, etc.

• Develop concepts, mood boards, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualizations aligned with client requirements and brand identity
• Translate business needs into functional, innovative, and aesthetically compelling workspace solutions
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, fire norms, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines

Technical & Documentation:-

• Prepare and review detailed drawings, including GFCs, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details
• Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, IT, lighting, and acoustic consultants
• Review BOQs, material specifications, and finish schedules
• Assist in value engineering while maintaining design intent

Project Execution & Coordination:-

Lead design coordination during execution and support site teams

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design quality and accuracy
• Resolve design and execution issues in collaboration with contractors

Client & Stakeholder Management:-

Act as the primary design point of contact for clients

• Present design proposals and revisions confidently to senior stakeholders
• Understand client feedback and adapt designs accordingly
• Build long‑term relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and consultants

Team Leadership:-

Mentor and guide junior designers and design teams

• Review and approve work produced by team members
• Allocate tasks and monitor design progress
• Foster a collaborative and high‑performance design culture
