About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance organization. This role will play a key leadership function in Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), based on experience and business need.

This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and governance maturity across the enterprise, while partnering closely with Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities / Major Duties

• Provide strategic leadership for cross-functional initiatives within PAM or IGA.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM governance artifacts aligned with SOX, SOC, and internal audit standards.

• Partner with Audit, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to manage and remediate findings.

• Oversee governance metrics, reporting, dashboards, and maturity models.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing global team.

• Drive stakeholder engagement across matrixed organizations.

• Support program strategy and budget management.

Qualifications – Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.

• Deep expertise in PAM or IGA with working knowledge of the other.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal controls.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.

• Familiarity with tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, or equivalent platforms.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
