Job Description: Senior Pre-Sales Executive
Company: Lifespace Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kharadi & Wakad, Pune
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 6 months or 1+ year of experience in real estate
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Customer handling and convincing skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
