Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Schedule, test, and deploy regular customer communication campaigns (newsletters, promotional offers, transactional updates) via Email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.

Database Management & Hygiene: Regularly update, clean, and organize the customer database. Ensure data security, remove duplicates, and segment audiences based on buying behavior or demographics.

Lead Tracking & Workflow Automation: Monitor the flow of leads through the sales pipeline. Set up basic automated workflows (e.g., welcome emails, birthday greetings, abandoned cart reminders).

Customer Support Coordination: Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams, addressing escalated customer queries or feedback left through CRM channels.

Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze key campaign metrics (Open rates, Click-Through Rates [CTR], conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Process Interlocking: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
