Sales Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals to help clients find their dream properties or investment opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Site Visits: Schedule and conduct site tours with prospective buyers, explaining project features and benefits.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and follow up consistently to convert leads into successful bookings.
• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years in Real Estate sales (preferred) or General Sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Assets: Must have a two-wheeler for commuting to various sites.
• Mindset: Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
