Staff Nurse

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our IVF team at our Kharadi (Pune) centre. The role involves clinical support, patient care, and coordination across fertility procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Duties and Assist doctors during:
• Follicular monitoring
• IUI procedures
• IVF procedures (OPU, Embryo Transfer)
• OT preparation and maintenance of sterile protocols
• Medication administration (IM/IV/SC injections)
• Monitoring vitals and patient recovery post-procedures
• Patient Care & Counselling Support
• Educate patients on:
• Injection protocols
• Medication schedules
• Basic fertility treatment steps
• Ensure patient comfort, empathy, and confidentiality

Coordination & Documentation:

• Maintain patient records and treatment charts
• Coordinate with:
• Embryology lab
• Pharmacy
• Front office
• Ensure NABH/clinic protocol compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Experience:
• IVF/Fertility experience preferred
• OT or Gynaecology experience acceptable

Key Skills Required:

• Strong clinical skills and aseptic technique
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced IVF setup
• Team coordination and discipline

Work Timings:

• Day shift (with flexibility based on procedure schedules)
• Weekly off as per roster
