Job Description

Inward & Purchase

  • Manage inward material entries and purchase records.
  • Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely documentation.

Stock Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
  • Conduct weekly stock audits and ensure stock matches between physical store and system records.

Escalation Handling

  • Address operational issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to management.
  • Ensure accountability and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly audit reports and submit to management.
  • Track inward, purchase, and stock movement for transparency.
