Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end operations of the furniture retail store, including sales, delivery coordination, and customer experience.
  2. Drive sales of furniture categories such as sofas, beds, dining, and modular products to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Lead and coach the sales team on product knowledge, space planning, and customer engagement.
  4. Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and ensure availability of fast-moving furniture items.
  5. Ensure showroom layout, visual merchandising, and display setups reflect home concepts and design aesthetics.
  6. Handle customer escalations, after-sales service, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
