Job Description – Oracle EBS Planning Functional Consultant

Experience: 10–12 Years

Lead and support Oracle E-Business Suite Planning modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Advanced Planning (ASCP).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, setup configurations, and solution documents.
Configure planning parameters, sourcing rules, calendars, constraints, forecast sets, and planning cycles.
Collaborate with business users, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize planning processes and improve forecast accuracy.
Perform system setups, CRPs, UAT support, data validation, and issue resolution across planning modules.
Integrate Oracle EBS Planning with Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, and Order Management modules.
Support customizations, extensions, reports, and interfaces in coordination with technical teams.
Provide production support, troubleshoot planning runs, and resolve performance or data-related issues.
Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives related to Planning modules.
Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
