Job Description:

Tech PM JD - Technical Program/Project Management (TPM) Role:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery tracking for features and initiatives
  • Mange Cross-Team dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate with multiple engineering squads in Scrum/SAFe Agile
  • Track execution progress, impediments, and release readiness
  • Ensure alignment between roadmap commitments and execution
  • Strong ownership mindset – “Get Things Delivered” 

All about you:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other Product Managers, development teams and the Core Product business teams
  • Strong technical analysis skills to drive complex application designs and documentation (Functional \ Technical Interface Specifications, User Stories)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with agile & waterfall development methodologies
  • Display high degree of initiative & self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
  • High energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment
  • Able to document and understand business process models
  • Knowledge and experience of data modelling techniques
  • Cards and Payment industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated prior experience as a successful product manager for at least one product in the market
  • Prior experience with gathering technical requirements for Java backend systems and web UI's, with REST based web services; JSON, XML.
  • Technologically savvy. Perhaps a software or data engineer by training. Proficient with data-intensive applications (APIs, Java, Spring, Containers, Microservices, Eventing)
  • Proficient in SAFe Agile
  • Organized. Able to take wild, loose, and varied abstract inputs from all over and evolve into iterative concrete action within a tool like JIRA, Aha
