Technical Specialist-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

We are looking for a Baan Support/Development Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in application support or development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Baan ERP, including integration, debugging, configuration, and administration. Candidates with Functional, Technical, Techno-Functional, or Admin expertise are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Baan ERP applications
Perform issue analysis, debugging, and root cause identification
Handle Baan configurations, integrations, and system administration activities
Support business users by understanding functional requirements and translating them into system solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements, fixes, and deployments
Monitor system performance and ensure application stability
Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation
Participate in shift-based support during 2 PM to 11 PM working hours
