Job Description
Technical Support & IT Operations Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients via remote sessions or on-site visits.
Provide timely solutions to hardware, software, and networking problems.
Install and configure CCTV systems and Time Attendance Machines at site,
Provide technical assistance for software-related queries.
Guide users in resolving application errors and configuration issues.
Camera NVR DVR - Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems
Knowledge of storage management and remote monitoring setup.
Router configuration, IP addressing, and subnetting Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Understanding of switches, firewalls, and network security fundamentals.
