Summary:
In the role of Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This includes defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The role requires continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational demands, fostering innovation and efficiency across technology initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage complex projects.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and platform capabilities related to SAP environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
