Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency across projects. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement architectural frameworks is a key part of daily activities, ensuring robust and adaptable technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into effective architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and middleware technologies relevant to warehouse management solutions.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance architectures that support evolving business needs.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology stacks and tools for complex projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment models to enhance solution flexibility and resilience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
