The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing system performance, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
- Familiarity with database administration and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
- Ability to handle system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
