Telecaller

1. Proposal Follow-up

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers after proposal submission.
• Track proposal status (pending / negotiation / closed).
• Ensure timely closure through continuous communication.
• Update all activities in ERP system / Excel Sheet.

2. Customer Calling (Inbound & Outbound)

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Provide information related to proposals, services, and pricing
• Respond to customer queries and provide necessary support

3. Customer Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with customers
• Coordinate for approvals, clarifications, and requirements
• Build strong customer relationships

4. Commercial Support

• Assist in commercial discussions as per company guidelines
• Coordinate internally for approvals before sharing any discount
• Avoid unauthorized commitments

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and proposals
• Update ERP regularly
• Prepare daily reports (DPR) and status reports

6. Feedback & Customer Satisfaction

• Conduct feedback calls post proposal/service
• Record customer feedback and share with management

7. Target Achievement

• Achieve daily/weekly follow-up targets
• Improve proposal conversion ratio
• Maintain quick response time

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream preferred – B.Com / BBA / BA)
• Experience:
• 1–2 years (Freshers can apply)
• Experience in customer support / tele calling / sales follow-up preferred

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Strong follow-up and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP/CRM)
• Multitasking and time management
• Problem-solving and coordination skills
