Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and closing sales deals. An ideal candidate is a "people person" with excellent communication skills and the resilience to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Core ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers (outbound) or handle incoming inquiries (inbound) to build a pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Pitching: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a persuasive manner tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume and monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, negotiate prices, and provide solutions to secure a commitment.
- Follow-ups: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to convert "warm" leads into sales.
- Key Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal fluency in the required languages (e.g., English, Hindi, or Marathi) with a clear and professional tone.
- Persistence: The ability to stay motivated despite frequent rejections and "no's."
- Active Listening: Identifying customer "pain points" to offer the right product solution.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals and upsell additional services.
- Education: High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Performance Metrics (KPIs)Conversion Rate: The percentage of calls that result in a successful sale.
- Call Volume: Average number of calls made per day.
- Revenue Generated: Total sales value brought in over a specific period.
- AHT (Average Handling Time): Efficiency in managing call durations while maintaining quality.
- Typical Work EnvironmentFast-Paced: High-energy environment with a focus on numbers and speed.
- Office-Based: Usually involves long hours wearing a headset and working at a computer station.
- Incentive-Driven: Often includes a base salary plus a commission or bonus structure based on performance.
