Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Telecaller for our Pune location. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu, as this language is primarily required for communicating with customers. The role involves making and receiving calls, explaining products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls
• Communicate clearly with customers in Telugu (mandatory)
• Explain company products/services and resolve basic customer queries
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Maintain professionalism and proper call etiquette
