Job Description

Suma Soft pvt ltd is hiring Telecallers for our Outbound Process at GIGA SPACE IT PARK, Giga Space IT Park Internal Rd Vimanagar

We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of BPO experience who can communicate confidently and achieve daily targets.


Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers as per the given databaseExplain products/services, pitch offers, and generate leads/sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups in the CRMAchieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the team leadHandle customer queries and objections professionally

Ensure high-quality customer interaction and adherence to process guidelines

Requirements:1–2 years of experience in any outbound telecalling/BPO proces

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, Marathi preferred

Basic computer knowledge and typing speedTarget-oriented with a customer-first approach
