Job Description

Process: Customer Care Executive - Collection Process

Shift Details:

  • Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Rotational

Salary: Upto ₹15,000 In-Hand + Incentives


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for EMI reminders and loan recovery
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments
  • Handle basic customer queries related to loans and EMIs

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Min. Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Languages Required: Hindi, Marathi & English
  • Communication Skills: Average
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
