đź“‹ About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team at Aurea Living (Residential Division) and support Ascend Commercial Solutions (Commercial Division). You will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound data calling campaigns to identify, qualify, and generate fresh leads for both residential properties (under-construction, resale, rentals) and commercial real estate opportunities (office leasing, outright sales, pre-leased assets). This is a front-line lead generation role critical to our sales pipeline and business growth.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to prospective buyers, renters, investors, and commercial clients using provided data and CRM tools
- Data Calling: Execute structured calling campaigns across databases (portals, channel partners, in-house records) to identify hot leads and qualified prospects
- Lead Qualification: Assess caller interest, budget, property preferences (residential/commercial), and timeline; qualify leads based on company criteria
- CRM Data Entry: Accurately log all call outcomes, lead details, follow-up dates, and interactions in the company's CRM system within 24 hours
- Lead Handoff: Transfer qualified and interested leads to sales executives (residential or commercial teams) with comprehensive call notes and context
- Call Scripts & Compliance: Follow approved call scripts; maintain professionalism, courtesy, and compliance with telemarketing regulations (NCPR, NCCPR)
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly call logs, lead generation metrics, and conversion funnel data to the team lead
- Follow-ups: Execute scheduled follow-up calls to warm leads and nurture interest until handoff to sales
- Multi-Property Support: Promote both residential projects (Gera, Kohinoor, ARV, resale inventory, rental portfolios) and commercial opportunities (office leasing, outright sales)
- Collaborative Support: Support sales executives during peak periods and assist with event-based calling (property launches, promotions)
- âś… Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: 10+2 (HSC) or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, BPO, or inside sales (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus); clear diction and confident phone presence
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software (training provided); comfortable with dialer tools and portal navigation
- Data Management: Ability to accurately input and retrieve data from multiple sources; strong attention to detail

- Lead Generation Target: 6–10 qualified leads per day (subject to data quality and market conditions)
- Data Accuracy: 95%+ accuracy in CRM entry and call logging
- Lead Handoff Quality: Clear, comprehensive notes for every transferred lead
- Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (flexible hours may apply for weekend campaigns or events)
- Training Period: 2-week onboarding + mentorship before targets are applied
