Job Title: Tele-Collection Executive Rol
e Objective To manage a portfolio of B2B collection wiith timely invoice submission and collecting payment
- Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make calls to customers with pending payments
- Follow-up: Track and follow up on promised payment dates to ensure the recovery process is completed.
- Documentation: Update the CRM/system daily with accurate notes on customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer objections or disputes professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Requirements & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, collections, or customer service.
- Communication: English Hindi & Marathi
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Aptitude: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
