Job Description

Lead Generation: Make outbound cold calls to a provided database of potential leads to promote financial/loan products.

Client Consultation: Explain loan options, interest rates, and basic EMI structures clearly to customers.

Lead Qualification: Assess the client's financial needs and eligibility, then pass qualified leads to Senior Sales Managers.

Documentation Follow-up: Coordinate with clients to collect required KYC and financial documents for loan processing.

Data Management: Log all call interactions, client feedback, and lead status in the company's CRM or database
