Job Description
Brahma English Academy, Pune, is a leading institute offering Spoken English, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and personality development courses. We are committed to helping students achieve their academic and career goals through high-quality training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Explain business details clearly
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the academic team for student onboarding
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- qualification: Graduate preferred
- Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
