Job Title:

Telecaller / Sales Executive – UPS Sales, AMC & Repair Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to promote and sell APC and Luminous UPS products, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and UPS repair services through telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, sending quotations/offers, and regularly following up until the deal is successfully closed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for:
• APC UPS sales
• Luminous UPS sales
• AMC services
• UPS repair and maintenance services
• Explain product features, service benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable UPS products or service plans.
• Send quotations, proposals, and offers via email/WhatsApp to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers until closure.
• Convert inquiries into sales/service orders.
• Coordinate with the technical/service team for repair and AMC-related requirements.
• Maintain customer database, lead status, and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
• Ability to explain technical products/services in simple language.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of email, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and internet usage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in UPS, inverter, battery, electrical products, AMC, or repair service sales will be preferred.
• Familiarity with APC and Luminous UPS products is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 1–3 years in telecalling/telesales/service sales preferred.
• Confident Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply- Required training will be conducted for them.
