Telecalling Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, providing product/service information, and generating leads or converting prospects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and professionally.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle objections and negotiate to achieve sales goals (if sales-focused role).
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required).
• Prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or company standard)
• Compensation: Fixed salary + incentives (if applicable)
