Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecaller / Lead Converter

Location: Undri, Pune (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About Us:

SV Krishi Nature is a manufacturer of Guardneer Water Conditioner systems used in agriculture, domestic, and industrial applications. We are expanding our business across Maharashtra and looking for a motivated Telecaller / Lead Converter to support customer follow-ups and lead conversion.

Additional performance incentives based on lead conversion and sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Call incoming leads and customer inquiries.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and collect basic information.

• Coordinate with dealers and sales team.

• Maintain lead records in Excel or CRM.

• Schedule customer appointments and product demonstrations.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Follow up on old and pending leads.

• Update daily call reports and lead status.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Marathi and Hindi.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Good communication and convincing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets).

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, lead conversion, or sales is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
