*Job Responsibilities:*
o Make outbound calls to generate leads for solar products/services
o Explain solar solutions, pricing, subsidy benefits, and ROI to customers
o Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
o Maintain customer database and update CRM records
o Coordinate with field sales and technical team for site visits
o Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
*Requirements:*
o Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
o Basic knowledge of solar products (training will be provided)
o Ability to handle objections and close deals over calls
o Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
