Job Title: Tele caller (Collections - Banks & NBFCs)

About Us:

We are a business process outsourcing company specializing in financial services. We are seeking experienced Tele callers for collections roles, working with banks and NBFCs, to manage and recover outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls for overdue payments from customers.

• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely resolution.

• Record customer interactions and update collections records in the CRM.

• Meet daily and weekly recovery targets set by management.

• Handle customer queries and disputes with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi essential.

• Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Tamil ,Telugu ,Kannada.

• Prior experience in debt collection, banking, or NBFC sector preferred.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
