Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
  • Promote personal loan products and explain features, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
  • Follow up with interested customers until loan processing is completed.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth documentation and disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and application status in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines while handling customer information.
