Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads for solar products/services Explain solar solutions, pricing, subsidy benefits, and ROI to customers Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales Maintain customer database and update CRM records Coordinate with field sales and technical team for site visits Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets


Requirements:

Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English/Regional language) Basic knowledge of solar products (training will be provided)

Ability to handle objections and close deals over calls

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
