Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls.
• Explain company products and services in a professional manner.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, requirements, and closures.
• Maintain customer database and update daily call records.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth customer handling.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Confidence in speaking over calls.
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Positive attitude and team coordination skills.
• Preferred Qualification:Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Experience in tele calling, tele sales, customer support, or sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
