We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the banking and finance sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and will play a crucial role in promoting our financial products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote banking and financial products.

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers through effective communication and persuasion.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Business Development or a related field, preferably in banking or finance.

- Excellent proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both spoken and written).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build report and establish trust with customers.

- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
