Job Profile: Telesales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

  • Calling potential and existing customers.
  • Explaining products or services to customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable solutions.
  • Generating sales leads and converting them into sales.
  • Following up with interested customers.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases.
  • Handling customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and/or regional language).
  • Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Confidence and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under sales targets.

Educational Qualification

  • Usually 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
