Job Description

Sales Executive— Shutter Cloud (Pune, on-site)

Shutter Cloud builds guest photo sharing for photographers. A photographer shoots a wedding, and every guest gets their own photos found by face, no app, no manual searching. We are a small, funded, fast-moving team in Pune.


We are looking for the person who will own how we sell it.


What you will do

  • Talk to photographers who have signed up for a free trial — understand their business, show them what the product does, and help them decide
  • Run live demos over video call and WhatsApp
  • Reach out to photographers who have not heard of us yet
  • Help write the playbook the next salesperson will learn from


You will fit if

  • You have 2–4 years selling to small businesses or consumers — not enterprise
  • You are fluent in Hindi and Marathi, comfortable in English
  • You follow up without being reminded


Compensation: Upto ₹25,000 fixed + performance-linked per bonus. Performance component is fully transparent and paid monthly against published targets.

What we will not do: ask you to lie about the product, ask you to discount to hit a number, or hide how your incentive is calculated.
