As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. Your role involves driving continuous improvement in testing through innovative automation strategies and intelligent testing solutions, ensuring that the overall quality function is predictive and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are key as you guide teams toward adopting these transformative approaches in their daily workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of innovative testing frameworks and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing approaches.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
