Tire Referential Engineer : B2C
MISSION:
Guarantee the correct technical information of the finished tire product specifications, and during homologation
Guarantee the operational activities linked to creation and maintenance of tire products
Roles and Responsibilities :
Regulatory coverage strategies: Collaborate with cured tire designer to define strategies adapted to the product scope.
Regulatory monitoring: Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on product development.
Marking specifications: Ensure compliance of markings (GMR Molds and GMR Plates).
Certification data preparation: Initiate and provide necessary data to certification platforms for validation.
Certification process follow-up: Monitor requests until regulatory certificates are obtained for the relevant ranges, including test planning and alert management.
N&R summary: Prepare and present summaries for design reviews.
Conforming finished product specifications, on-time (internal geometry, marking, …)
Exact technical information's in RAG (Referentiel Article Groupe) to guarantee tires deliveries to customers.
Manage documents according to the document management policy
Capitalize test results in data base and in design test reports, knowledge and best practices
Manage flow of tires according to their status (EL, SI, MI, MC)
Realize and guarantee the conformity of product technical referential for Marketing OE & RT (DCTP, Spec Dec…)
PERIMETER:
o Tire categories = all B2C 4W products (Tier1/2/3)
