As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering innovative software engineering solutions aimed at enhancing user interactions. This role requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully balancing the technical feasibility and the original design vision. The position demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user experience is both intuitive and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the project through creative problem-solving and iterative development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to refine user experience prototypes based on feedback and technical constraints.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve prototype performance and usability to meet project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
- Experience in developing and optimizing code for SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP ABAP applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
