Deshpande Media is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in video editing, content creation, and digital media.

As a Junior Video Editor, you will work on social media content, marketing videos, reels, podcasts, and promotional creatives for brands and clients.

• ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms
• Create engaging reels, promotional videos, and marketing assets
• Add transitions, music, subtitles, sound effects, and basic motion graphics
• Organize project files and maintain editing timelines
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects
• RequirementsBasic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and improve editing skills
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or Photoshop is a plus
