Job Description

Order taking, Kot punching , Parcel packing ,other work

Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and perform KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) punching into the system.

Table Service: Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and handle requests for additional items.

Parcel Handling: Efficiently manage parcel packing for takeaway orders, ensuring all items are correctly packed and spill-proof.

Cleanliness: Clear tables after guests leave and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.

Guest Relations: Greet customers upon arrival and handle any basic queries or complaints with a positive attitude.
