Job Description

Develop new seasoning blends and jaggery-based products, and optimize existing formulations.

Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, stability studies, and shelf-life assessments.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with production to scale up new products from laboratory to commercial manufacturing.

Evaluate raw materials, including spices, herbs, seasonings, sweeteners, and jaggery, for quality and suitability.

Maintain formulation records, product specifications, and technical documentation.

Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support customer sample development and customized product requirements.

Monitor industry trends, ingredient innovations, and competitor products.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams throughout product development.
