Job Description

Position: Hostel Warden (Residential)

Job Type: Full-Time


Role SummaryNation Defence Academy is looking for a disciplined, responsible, and dedicated Hostel Warden to oversee hostel operations and ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students residing on campus.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain discipline, security, and order within the hostel premises.
  • Supervise students and ensure adherence to hostel rules and daily schedules.
  • Monitor attendance, movements, and overall student welfare.
  • Handle student grievances, emergencies, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate with parents, faculty, and academy management regarding student-related issues.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
  • Maintain hostel records, reports, and incident logs.
  • Oversee study hours, meal timings, and daily routine compliance.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and supportive residential environment.
