Role: Windchill Data Migration Specialist
Experience: (10–15 Years)
Location: Noida, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Role Summary
The Data Migration Specialist will design and execute large-scale engineering data migration activities from legacy product lifecycle systems to the enterprise PLM platform.
Key Responsibilities
•Analyze legacy engineering data structures and identify migration requirements.
•Define data mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
•Develop migration strategies for product structures, documents, and metadata.
•Execute data migration rehearsals and validation cycles.
•Ensure data integrity across engineering systems and downstream applications.
•Develop data quality dashboards and migration progress tracking.
•Support data cleansing and preparation activities.
•Coordinate migration testing and validation with engineering teams.
•Support migration cutover planning and execution.
•Document migration procedures and provide operational handover.

Required Skills & Experience
•Experience executing large-scale data migration programs for engineering systems.
•Strong knowledge of engineering data models and product structures.
•Experience designing data validation and reconciliation mechanisms.
•Familiarity with migration automation tools and scripts.
•Strong analytical and data quality management skills.

Qualifications
•Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
•Experience migrating data from legacy product lifecycle systems.
•Experience working with enterprise data management initiatives.
