Experience: 10–15 Years
Location: Noida, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai

Role Summary
The Windchill Process Consultant will support the design and implementation of engineering lifecycle processes within the PLM platform.

Key Responsibilities
1.Translate business requirements into PLM system workflows.
2.Configure product lifecycle processes and product structure management workflows.
3.Support engineering teams adopting the PLM platform.
4.Participate in process workshops and design sessions.
5.Document system configurations and operational procedures.
6.Support system testing and validation activities.
7.Assist in training material preparation and delivery.
8.Ensure compliance with enterprise process standards.
9.Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
10.Provide operational support during system rollout phases.

Required Skills & Experience
1.Experience implementing engineering lifecycle processes within PLM systems.
2.Strong knowledge of product data management and engineering change processes.
3.Experience supporting engineering organizations in system adoption.
4.Ability to translate business requirements into system workflows.
5.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications
1.Degree in Engineering or Information Systems.
2.Experience with enterprise PLM platforms.
3.Experience supporting manufacturing or automotive engineering organizations.
