Roles & Responsibilities: Prism Reporting Consultant

• Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of low-medium complexity work along with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements

• Understand Client's requirements, Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help Clients to optimize their Finance/HCM functions and enhance their employee experiences

• Setup Configurations and Security Policies in the tenant

• Prepare Design Documents, KT and Cut-over plan documents

• Data Validation and Unit Testing

• Support End to End Testing, Migration and Hypercare

 

Must-Have Certifications

• HCM Core/ Integrations/ Fin Core 

 

Experience & Background 

• Qualification should be BE / B. TECH /MBA/CA

• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT.

• Minimum of 1 year of current hands-on Workday

 

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in designing, building, and testing Prism data models and Prism dependent Reports in Workday around functional areas such as payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation and Talent.

• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution

• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented 

• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with team members and leadership

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Good to have Reporting certification / composite reporting / Prism certification

• HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge

• Good to have Data Modelling experience
