Workday Prism Consultant
Workday Prism Consultant1We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Analytics Consultant to design, build, and deploy enterprise-wide data integration and analytics solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial/HR data and actionable business intelligence by bringing external data into Workday Prism, blending it with Workday foundational data, and delivering high-impact pipelines and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Pipeline Development: * Design and build robust data ingestion pipelines from external sources (e.g., Salesforce, legacy ERPs, data warehouses) into Workday Prism.
Perform complex data transformation, blending, and modeling using Prism Functions, Joins, and Groupings.
Report & Dashboard Authoring: * Create advanced reports, Discovery Boards, and operational dashboards utilizing Prism Data Sources (PDS).
Ensure seamless integration of Prism data into standard Workday components, including Matrix reports and Composite reports.
Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering: * Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT) to translate complex data requirements into scalable technical designs.
Provide expert guidance on data governance, security scoping, and Prism best practices.
Security & Optimization: * Implement and manage Workday Prism security frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations and role-based access control (RBAC).
Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot data sync or publication errors.
Required Skills & Experience
Certification (Mandatory): Must possess an active Workday Prism Analytics certification. Applications without this certification will not be considered.
Workday Expertise: 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Workday Prism Analytics.
