Job Description
Conduct quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and company quality policies.
Investigate customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Participate in internal audits and quality improvement projects.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
