About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital & Sales Marketing Executive to drive our brand's online presence and support lead generation and sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven strategy to boost engagement, generate qualified leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms
• Generate and follow up on leads through digital channels and direct outreach
• Manage and optimize content for social media
• Assist in SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and visibility
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into client meetings/sales
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Support in creating marketing collateral
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Post Graduation degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Good to Have:

Experience in the financial services/securities/BFSI sector

Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
