Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet builders, contractors, factories, industries, schools, hospitals, hotels, and commercial establishments.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and present solar proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for surveys and project execution.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred (solar industry experience is a plus).
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
